We proudly ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii)

Processing & Production Times

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Items not-in-stock will ship within 4-6 weeks once handmade.

You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free Standard Shipping on orders $100+ (after discounts, before tax).

Orders under $100 ship at a calculated rate shown at checkout.

Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–8 business days once shipped.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Changes & Address Issues

If you need to update your shipping address, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours of placing the order. We’re unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Delays

Weather, carrier volume, and holiday peaks can cause delays. Thank you for your patience—reach out if something looks off and we’ll help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

When tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email us within 7 days so we can assist.
