We offer leather bags, accessories, apparel,  and other products designed to empower and inspire. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Payment

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and supported third-party providers. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). You are responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or bank fees associated with your purchase.

3. Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order through our trusted partner(s), all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at leighwestco@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Must provide a live video of the shipment being opened.

We do not accept general returns, size exchanges, or buyer's remorse returns.
